Simple machine piecing - alternating just two traditional patchwork blocks to make a fresh and modern quilt.

Use up a Layer Cake that you've stashed but just don't know how to best use it, or alternatively use your strips of scrap fabric.

This is a STRIP PIECING pattern for quick and easy accurate piecing; all strip piecing steps are explained in detail.

This pattern is suitable for a beginner to intermediate sewer it DOES require experience in rotary cutting and basic straight line sewing.
